Mathematical Thinking, Scientific Thinking, Social thinking; and of Logical, Design, Model, Analytical, Abstract, Concrete, Critical etc. types of Thinking. These different types are developed in practitioners of different academic disciplines and professions. Each discipline requires and develops some or many of these types. In addition to intellectual skills, computational thinking trains us in finer human values: to be tolerant and respectful of other human intelligences, developed in different environments, cultures and religious practices. The webinar aims to discuss various aspects of computational thinking, from the perspective of emphasizing the need for making the computational thinking a part of human culture and related approaches to nurture the computational thinking.
